New budget flights head to Poland
New low-fare flights are starting this week between the UK and two Polish cities - a month after a different carrier suspended its flights.
Budget carrier Centralwings, a subsidiary of Poland's main airline LOT, will fly between Gatwick, the Polish capital Warsaw and Krakow.
There will be six flight a week using Boeing 737s.
Polish airline, Air Polonia flew six routes out of London's Stansted but suspended flights last December.
Air Polonia began operating in December 2003 and flew from Stansted to Warsaw, Katowice, Poznan, Gdansk, Bydogoszcz and Szczecin.
The former cargo and charter airline was the first domestic rival to LOT.
