Comp Rzeszów poised to sign zł.20 million IT deal with GBG bank?
Comp Rzeszów, a domestic IT integrator, is currently in negotiations with Getin-owned Górnoœląski Bank Gospodarczy (GBG) to develop its IT system.
Unofficial sources claim that the decision has already been made and the companies are on the verge of signing an agreement. The contract would be worth some zł.20 million but it is possible that its cost may rise in the long run. "This would be more good news from the company before its Se ptember share floatation. The company is showing that it is able to maintain its clients and win new, important customers at the same time," commented a market analyst. The company published its prospectus last week and its public offer is aimed at individual and institutional investors. Comp Rzeszów is one of two (the other is Softbank-owned Epsilo) domestic pr oviders of IT systems for banks. One of its most important clients is Bank Pocztowy. (Puls Biznesu, p. 7) D.W.
