| When you drive through the countryside in Poland you will see a
high percentage of cars with bikes on their roofs of on the back of
the car. Although the busy roads may seem idyllic the driving is quick
and may not be the best place for the weak hearted rider. The quieter
roads on the other hand make quite riding with superb countryside.
There are plenty of marked hiking and cycle routes so buy yourself a
map. A mountain bike is highly advised for any hiking routes. Cycling
through the forests is an unbeatable experience and even though there
are plenty of cyclists in Poland you will struggle to bump into others
on their quiet roads and cycle paths.
