House for hire in Poland
The beautiful, modern seaside Beech Villa is available for hire all
year round in Debki, a lively village on the beautiful Baltic sea coast
with its huge beaches of powder white sand.
And contrary to popular opinion in the summers it is very warm, even
hot (25C-30C or in high 70sF) so you can enjoy the beach and sea to its
fullest. The Baltic Sea is the least salty sea in the world so it is
extremely pleasant to bathe in. The autums are typically warm, mild and
sunny with amazing scenery of the golden countryside. Spring is very
pleasant, and typically also sunny, but snowfall is not unusual right
til the end of March. Autumn and Sring is the perfect time to come to
the seaside in Poland if you like beach sports that require a lot of
space (e.g. kite flying) as the huge beaches are largely empty and the
wind picks up. Winters in Poland are beautiful, snowy, yet bright and
sunny - perfect for long walks, sledging and building snowmen! Any
season in spent by the seaside in Poland is said to have health
benefits, as the sea air contains lots of health giving iodine.
Beech Villa (so called as the street is on, ul. Bukowa, is named
after the beech tree) is a 3 bedroomed house fully furnished with lovely
gardens, a large garage and a large private sun terrace.
It is 5 minutes walk from the beach and even closer to the shops and
small restaurants and bars. The house is in a private, gated cul-de-sac
shared with 2 other properties, which gives you privacy and freedom away
from the lively village of Debki.
Facilities include;
- lounge with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, coffee table, television and
DVD player (with a selection of adult and kids" films)
- comfortable kitchen with cooker, fridge, radio/tape player and
dining table and seating, also with a breakfast bar overlooking the
lounge
- downstairs bathroom with shower and heated towel rail
- large patio from french doors off the lounge with patio
furniture (large table and 6 fold out armchairs)
- wide stair case
- 3 good sized double bedrooms (one double and two twin rooms)
with bedside tables, lamps and either a wardrobe or chest of drawers
for clothes storage
- upstairs bathroom with bath/shower and sky light (so you can
bathe whilst watching the sky!)
- large sun terrace leading off the upstairs hall way
- large garage with private drive for additional parking
- storage basement
- large, lovely garden with BBQ and more garden furniture (large
table and benches to enjoy your BBQ feast on) - this garden is
shared with the other side of the house, which is used (not often
enough!) by the owners
Also included:
- cutlery and crockery (inc.
kettle/pots and pans)
- bedding (changed weekly)
- weekly cleaning
- towels can be arranged at for a small additional fee
- trained pets are welcome

England to discuss the property or to help you while you are in
Poland.
Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged, as can car hire
from the airport - please let us know what you need.

The beaches are so long, that while busy in the main
town, it is just a short walk to total peace and
tranquillity.
Their are many little tourist shops, restaurants and bars fitting in
with their surrounding woodland.
The river Piasnica is beautiful and clear and you can hire a canoe from
lake Zarnowieckie to the delta in Debki.
The river Piasnica widens as it hits the sea.
If the sun gets too much there is plenty of woodland to take shelter
under.
