 Debki is one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Poland.
A great place for the family, or for young couples with plenty for
everyone. The beaches are not the only fantastic thing about Debki.
There are plenty of wonderful places to eat out and go cycling. The
whole surrounding is perfect right down to the detail of the shops and
bars. There are camp sites, hotels and private accommodation to hire and
all at very reasonable prices. Debki is a wonderful place for a beach holiday with plenty more
to involve yourself with should you choose. It is beautiful in the day,
but it is also definitely worth visiting Debki at
night.

The town's name comes from the surname one of its past inhabitants -
Maciej Dębka. Before the second world war Debki was already
recognized as a holiday destination. Famous people to have stayed there
at that time were Joseph Haller and Kazimierz Sosnowski.
It is undisputed that Debki has a beautiful white, wide sandy beach
with the fantastic feature of the delta of the shallow and crystal clear
river Piasnica in which you can also bathe, kayak down. The river is
full of fish including roaches (fences), perches, thunder-fish,
pike-perch ukleje, flat fish, lobsters and małże. The surrounding
landscape is beautiful, lush countryside with lots of wildlife such as
deer, birds of prey and storks.
The beaches are so long, that while it may be crowded in the main
town, it is just a short walk to get some peace and
tranquillity. |

with their surrounding woodland. |

lake to the sea. |
